As you remember, we had a delightful experience building a home in Florida prior to moving to the Cleveland area. the only problem we had then was that we only lived in that house for 6 months before moving to Bainbridge ten years ago! I am pleased to say that this experience was equally pleasurable. You beat your promise to complete the house in five months, and your care about quality and doing the job right was very apparent.

There is one particular decision that you made that surprised and delighted us. The first morning in our new house, Debi discovered that the outlet cut in the mirror in the master bath was exactly in her face when she sat down at the vanity area designed into the cabinetry. This was no one's error, in that the electrician and the mirror maker could not have known the cabinet design and the seat location. We felt that it was quite possible that this was something that we would have to live with. After we called, Neil had the electrician here in one day moving the outlets, and a new mirror in place within a week. This certainly stood out in our minds as concern for the customer and quality work."
